Although fall has just officially started, at J. Morris Flowers we shift our focus to fall designs the first week of September (which you can see through our new studio window design).
Each season ushers in a refreshing new floral palette, and while we enjoyed all of the beautiful spring and summer weddings, as the weather starts to cool, we look forward to shifting from bright palettes to romantic fall colors.
One of the main reasons we love fall in our studio is that many of the floral styles and colors blend seamlessly with the stunning ceremony spaces at many of our local Loudoun County Virginia wedding venues.
This year, our studio is placing a lot of focus on what we call “soft” fall colors. While the traditional fall color palette of maroon, brown, and orange still remains popular, our studio has softened this palette for many of our fall couples by recommending creams, blush pinks, dusty greys, silver greenery, corals and coppers.
For those looking to maintain ties to the traditional pumpkins of October and November, we offer a beautiful cream pumpkin floral vessel used for centerpieces.
If you are not planning a wedding, but have a special occasion, or someone you want to surprise, our daily Autumn floral arrangements follow this same style and can be easily purchased on our website and delivered locally for a small delivery fee.
